Who we are

TCN Automate is a product of Adotdev.com, which is operated by Jobify Limited, a company registered in Malta. Jobify Limited is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect and why

• Demo bookings: your name, work email, company, and, if you give them, your phone number, team size and notes. We use them to schedule the demo, send you the calendar invite and Zoom link, and prepare what to show you. Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract.
• Contact messages: your name, email, and anything you write to us, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
• Server logs: our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security for a short period.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.

Who processes it for us

• Google (Google Workspace): our calendar and email, where demo invitations are created.
• Zoom Video Communications: the meeting link for your demo.
• Hostinger: hosting of this website and its forms.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy, by writing to us through the contact form. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
